How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I update my shipping address?
We get it! Mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please email merch@thefriedegg.com right away. We cannot guarantee that we can update your order, but we will do our best to help you if we can. Once an order is packed and labeled we cannot update the address, and you'll need to contact the shipping carrier to try to reroute the package.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Sometimes, a package is marked as delivered, but it still takes a couple more days for it to show up. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we can't cancel it. For photography orders, reach out to merch@thefriedegg.com. On occasion, we can make updates to orders before printing has begun.
