Hat was ordered on March 20, 2026. UPS is informing me that it is not even out for delivery yet and today is April 4, 2026. I have tried to reach out via multiple channels, but have not gotten any support. My next step will be reaching out to American Needle to let them know that you are using false advertising for their product and not following through with deliveries. Please respond with a solution and way to compensate me for this horrible customer service. I should not have to waste my time reaching out like this for updates and finding out two weeks after placing my order that it has not even shipped yet. Please let me know how you plan to compensate me and what your solution is. I totally unsatisfied, especially being a first time customer with your company.
